Corydoras arcuatus — Arched Corydoras
Arched Corydoras are distinguished by a clean, bold black stripe that arches dramatically over the top of the body from the snout to the tail, contrasting beautifully against their pale silver base. They come from the upper Amazon and Rio Juruá in South America and prefer soft, slightly acidic water. Their unique marking makes them one of the most visually elegant corydoras species.
