Neritina semiconica — Chocolate Nerite Snail

The Chocolate Nerite Snail features a rounded, dark brown shell with fine patterning, giving it a rich, chocolatey appearance. It is a highly effective algae eater that scours glass, rocks, and driftwood without reproducing in freshwater. Native to estuarine and coastal freshwater habitats in Asia, it adapts well to freshwater aquariums but prefers slightly hard water.
