Hyphessobrycon amandae, commonly known as the Ember Tetra, is a tiny jewel-like fish glowing with intense orange-red coloration throughout its body. Native to the Araguaia River basin in Brazil, it inhabits slow-moving, heavily vegetated blackwater streams. Its small size and peaceful nature make it an ideal resident for nano and planted aquariums.
