Corydoras paleatus — Peppered Corydoras
Peppered Corydoras are one of the most popular and hardy corydoras species, sporting a mottled greenish-gray pattern of dark spots on a cream body. Originating from the Río de la Plata basin in South America, they are tolerant of a wide range of water conditions including cooler temperatures. They are highly social, constantly foraging along the substrate in groups.
