Corydoras hastatus — Pygmy Corydoras

The Dwarf Corydoras is one of the tiniest corydoras species, often swimming in open water rather than staying at the bottom like most cories. It has a transparent body with a dark mid-lateral stripe and a spot at the base of the tail. This peaceful micro-catfish thrives in large schools in soft, slightly acidic, well-planted tanks.
